CDL-A Dedicated Shuttle Driver

• Competitive pay:
  • Average earnings of $1,120 per week / $58,240 annually
  • Starting pay at $28/hour, with top pay of $29.50/hour within 12 months
  • Guaranteed 40 hours/week, with an average of 40-45 hours/week
  • Overtime pay at time and a half

  Schedule:
  • Monday to Thursday, 7:00 p.m.
    
    - 8:00 a.m.
  • Schedule may be adjusted during peak times
• Consistent Routes:
  • Complete 2 round trips nightly from San Antonio to Victoria
• No touch freight, but will need to move trailer dollies in the yard for pup trailers

• Must live within a 75-mile radius
• Must have 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Must have Class A CDL with doubles endorsement
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
• No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
• No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years
• No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality)
• No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years

• Open/Close trailer door - force requirement: 46lbs
• Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement: 90lbs
• Perform pre-trip inspections
• Drive
• Regular predictable attendance
• Frequent bending for placement of wheel chocks
• Safely enter/exit yard tractor 100+ times per shift
