Join Our Team in Nashville, TN. PRS Auto is hiring a Rail Terminal Supervisor of Operations at the CSX rail terminal in Nashville. You will oversee the unloading of brand-new automobiles from railcars. No prior experience is needed—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.

• Coordinate daily operations to meet customer expectations and ensure vehicles are unloaded and placed accurately
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle unloading
• Lead a team, assign duties, and manage staffing levels
• Monitor team performance and productivity
• Ensure safety standards are followed
• Communicate with customers and manage equipment availability
• Maintain inventory accuracy and vehicle security
• Collaborate with terminal leadership to improve operations

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required
