CDL A Truck Driver

Class A CDL Driver Position:
Full time Company Driver

Regional Position: Extremely Consistent Freight / Lanes / High miles
Hiring Area: Nashville, TN 37201

Jamie Tharpe Trucking strives to provide an environment where the Class A CDL Driver can grow both personally & professionally. With our unique scheduling options, this position will have you home for 34 hours reset one week and 48 hours reset the next week. This allows a healthy amount of time with family & friends during the reset. All reset/home time will be at the home base of the Driver.

This position will offer Class A CDL drivers weekly home time.

• Average pay of $1,675 to $1,725 per week plus mileage bonus
• Running area will be regional
• 2,800 to $3,000 miles per week
• 5-7 days out then home for 34 hours one week and 48 hours the next week
• Mostly drop and hook
• Full benefits:

• Contract with Penske so drivers are not stuck on the side of the road

• Fuel program that allows drivers to earn extra money each month

Only 3 days, Room & Breakfast and Dinner are Covered, We provide our Class A CDL drivers travel to orientation.

• Drivers must have 6 months of experience in the last 12 months
• No speeding 15 MPH or over in the last year
• All careless/reckless driving charges are looked at case by case
• DUI only needs to be three years old
• Easy to qualify

• Driver Must be able to process a BOL and interact with clients if need be
• Valid Medical Card / Physical
• Valid Driver Licenses (Class A CDL)
• Clear House / FMCSA Form - Must be signed up with government compliance as to run report on Driver Record
