Service Representative / Courier – Nashville, TN

Lab Corp is seeking a Service Representative / Courier to join our team in Nashville, TN
. In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports while providing excellent service to our clients.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 11:30am–8pm

Location: Nashville, TN

Optional: A company vehicle is available for use on the route. For $100 per month you may take the vehicle home for personal use, with all gas, tolls and maintenance covered by the company.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Age 21 or older
• Previous driver/courier experience (preferred)
• Customer service experience (plus)
• Punctual with strong time‑management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Problem‑solving abilities for customer issues
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Load necessary supplies for daily pickups
• Complete daily pickup schedule in a timely manner
• Deliver all daily pickups to your branch at shift end
• Handle specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently
• Safely operate company vehicle and obey all traffic laws
• Use handheld electronic device to manage daily pickups
• Work directly with dispatcher for additional pickups as needed
• Evaluate traffic patterns, alternate routes and weather conditions as needed

Employees regularly scheduled for 20+ hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), paid time off (PTO) or flexible time off (FTO), tuition reimbursement and an employee stock purchase plan. Casual, PRN & part‑time employees scheduled for less than 20 hours are eligible only for 401(k) participation.
