Ambassador, Sports​/Fitness​/Wellness, Event Manager ​/ Planner

We’re looking for a sports loving and highly social College Ambassador. As a representative of Sensa Padel on your campus and your community, this is an exciting role to spread awareness of the fastest growing sport in the world to your friends and community, and learn more about guerilla marketing.

Padel is new in Nashville and we need to spread the excitement, both on and off the court. Your goal is to spark interest among your peers, introduce them to the sport of padel and invite them to our club. This role will require you to think of creative partnerships, leverage your campus networks, offer special student promotions, and use your social media presence on platforms like Instagram and Tik Tok to amplify the Sensa Padel spirit, helping us grow our vibrant community.

We’re looking for you to also get creative and think outside the box to find new ways to connect with students, bringing the game of padel to life in your own unique way.

This is a part time internship, requiring eligibility to work in the US.

This role is located onsite in the historic Germantown neighborhood in Nashville – known for it’s charming residential streets, Victorian architecture, and vibrant culinary scene.

• Engage with your community about padel, distribute promotional materials within campus organizations and through personal interactions to encourage peers to try padel
• Passionate about introducing new people to padel in Nashville.
  
  Create padel games and share on our whatsapp group to invite friends.
  
  Bring new friends to the courts and introduce them as a Sensa host
• Encourage students to try padel and make it as accessible as possible
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, and stories on Instagram and Tik Tok, showcasing the Sensa Padel experience and inviting guests to try padel using your unique booking code
• Brainstorm and implement creative partnerships to introduce more people to padel (i.e college club and racket teams, local companies)
• Plan padel parties and events and themed nights (e.g. single nights). Invite friends and introduce them to the world of padel. Host at the club like it’s yours!
• Submit recaps (photos, videos, testimonials) and track new participant engagement

• Active, full-time college enrollment with participation in campus organizations.
• Strong social media knowledge and presence on platforms like Instagram and Tik Tok
• Passion for health, fitness, and ideally play and love padel or racket sports
• Ability to engage with and mobilize the campus community, particularly through school organizations and clubs
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, or entrepreneurship
• Sensa Padel branded merchandise and Wilson racket
• A flexible, fun part-time role that aligns with your college schedule
• Interaction and engagement with Sensa Padel team
• A unique chance to contribute to Sensa Padel’s growth and promote padel as a community-building sport
• Hands-on marketing and entrepreneurial experience
