• We are looking for a birthday party coach with an athletic or coaching background
• Kid Strong Birthday Party Coach would focus on coaching children on brain, physical, and character development that stems from a designed birthday curriculum
• Ideal candidate must also be comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding
• Birthday parties typically run on the weekends, from 1:45 to 3:15 pm and 3:45‑5:15 pm – the ideal candidate will be available during those hours
• Additional opportunity to increase scheduled hours through camps & Kid Strong Class coaching – may require additional training

• Party sizes of up to 25 children
• Teach the Kid Strong curriculum as provided by the HQ programming team
• Greet students as well as parent(s)/guardian(s) as they arrive
• Maintain a dynamic, fun, motivational, and professional demeanor
• Demonstrate and manage the implementation of various exercises
• Keep an accurate record of attendance at all times
• Ensure cleanliness of the center including the lobby, bathrooms, and blue floors – this includes taking out the trash, sweeping and mopping, wiping down equipment, and sanitizing the mat at the end of a shift
• Effectively use the KS Coach’s App to record class data and provide records of data for parents (attendance, awards, etc.)
• Communicate professionally with co‑workers in Slack, our company messaging system, including periodic checks of messages when not in centers
• Complete training through Learn Upon as required by the HQ Training and Certification team
• Must be able to work in a physically intensive environment – coaches may cover multiple miles in a shift moving through parties, lift and repeatedly move equipment up to 25 pounds in weight
• Must be comfortable working "hands‑on" with kids to ensure proper technique and student safety
• Attend additional mandatory staff meetings as required by Kid Strong Director
• Must obtain party‑certified status from the HQ Training and Certification team
• Supervision, safety, and program implementation for kids while ensuring the well‑being of all children

• Passion for working with children is non‑negotiable!
• Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate Kid Strong age is preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred
• CPR certified
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Self‑starter who just gets a job done
