Sensa Padel is building a national brand of padel clubs across the US, launched in late summer 2024 our first flagship padel club in Germantown, Nashville within Neuhoff — a mixed‑use transformative development of Nashville’s early‑1900s meatpacking district along the Cumberland River. About the RoleWe’re looking for an energetic Head Padel Pro at our flagship Nashville location to spearhead our padel program, introduce the sport to new players, and develop a dynamic calendar of padel events. This role includes designing and delivering clinics, camps, open play, leagues, and club tournaments, while providing private lessons and certifying player rankings. The Head Padel Pro will recruit, train, and lead a growing coaching team to meet lesson and event demand.
Tennis and other racket sport professionals may be certified through Wilson to transition into padel coaching.
This is a critical leadership role and a core part of the in‑club customer experience. The Head Padel Pro reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with Sensa leadership to build a world‑class padel facility and national brand.
What You Will Do- Design and lead clinics, leagues, open play, and tournaments for all skill levels.
- Grow padel participation in Nashville and build a strong, inclusive club culture.
- Deliver high‑quality private and group lessons focused on skill development and enjoyment.
- Plan, organize, and direct club tournaments including draws, scheduling, seeding, and on‑site execution.
- Lead an initial team of 2–4 coaches and scale a full padel academy over time.
- Contribute to daily operations, membership growth, and pro shop performance.
- Oversee padel programming and booking software.
- Work evenings and weekends as required by member demand.
- Strong participation and retention across programs and events

- Growth and development of a high‑performing coaching team
- 3+ years coaching padel or other racket sports (tennis, squash, etc.)
- Proven success building and growing sport programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Continuous learner mindset
- Eligibility to work in the US
