We are looking for a Senior Mobility Architect to lead the transformation of enterprise-grade React Native cross-platform mobile applications into best-in-class solutions. As a Senior Mobility Architect
, you will play a strategic role in architecting and modernizing React Native-based mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
. This role requires deep technical expertise, hands‑on architecture leadership, and active participation in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver highly scalable and secure mobile solutions.

You will also mentor engineering teams, manage APIs and microservices integrations, and ensure delivery excellence with performance, ADA compliance, and security best practices.

• 15+ years of experience in modern Mobile Application Architecture & Solution Design
• 6+ years of hands‑on experience with React Native cross-platform mobile development
• Proven track record of developing & launching mobile products
• Strong expertise in:
• React Native (Primary Skill)
• Performance Optimization & Security
• ADA Compliance
• Experience managing APIs, Microservices & Integrations
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum & SDLC methodologies
• Experience with CI/CD, Automated Testing & Unit Testing
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Git Hub, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops
• Strong communication & technical mentoring skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Required)
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Brentwood, Nashville, TN

• Architect and transform cross‑platform React Native mobile applications
• Provide technical mentoring & code reviews
• Lead architecture, design, and solutioning discussions
• Drive release management & CI/CD implementation
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability & security
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business, UX, marketing & digital teams
• Contribute to non‑functional requirements and Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban, Epics/Sprints)
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality, best‑in‑class customer experiences
• Onsite role – 5 days/week in Brentwood, Nashville, TN
