As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing web-based applications for various site components within the Application Managed Services group. You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into high-quality technical specifications and user-friendly interfaces.

• Design, build, and test Pega-based web applications and edit site content.
• Document technical designs and specifications while researching updated content for websites.
• Collaborate with and manage team members to ensure effective performance and informed decision-making.
• Innovate and implement user-friendly web interfaces to enhance overall user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.
