Overview

Our client is seeking Java Developer to join their team.

• Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices.
• Deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate and guide the team to perform effectively.
• Make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key architectural and technical decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Design and implement innovative software solutions that meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve software development practices.
• Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.

• Expert proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Advanced proficiency in Custom Application Development and Software Design & Solutions.
