Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Java Developer – Locations:
Remote – Contract

• Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications, using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively; participate in team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams; expert proficiency in Spring Boot is required.
• Design and implement innovative software solutions that meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve software development practices.
• Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.
