Salesforce FSC Developer

Implement robust FSC solutions using Omni Studio, Flows, Apex/LWC, and Salesforce configuration to deliver secure, maintainable features aligned to the reference architecture.

• Build FSC solutions using Omni Studio (OmniScripts, Flex Cards), Flow Orchestration, Apex, and LWC.
• Configure FSC objects, entitlements, territories, and Account/Contact relations; implement reporting/dashboards.
• Integrate with enterprise systems using secure APIs; write unit/integration tests and automation hooks.
• Adhere to architecture patterns, coding standards, and performance/security best practices.
• Participate in backlog refinement, estimation, and technical design; create documentation.
• Support deployments and hypercare; triage and fix production issues.

• 5–8 years of Salesforce development; 2+ years on FSC.
• Strong Apex/LWC/SOQL/SOSL; experience with Omni Studio and Flows.
• Certifications:
  
  Platform Developer I (required), Platform Developer II (preferred), Omni Studio Developer; FSC AP is a plus.
• Solid understanding of security, data quality, and performance tuning.

• Story throughput and quality (defect rate/unit test coverage)
• Performance benchmarks and security posture
• Deployment success and mean time to restore (MTTR)
• Documentation completeness and maintainability

The annual salary for this position is between $ 80,000– $ 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
