Work Setup:
This is strictly 100% onsite in Nashville; candidates must be local.

Level: Level 9 (Consultant level) – mid‑to‑senior level maturity.

Project Scope:
Heavy focus on CSS architecture (SCSS/BEM) and Angular componentization.

Portfolio: A portfolio or code samples demonstrating UI/UX work and responsive interfaces is required.

• CSS/SASS: 6+ years (Advanced/Expert)
• Angular: 3–5+ years (Latest versions, RxJS)
• UI/UX Prototyping: 5+ years (Figma, Interactive mocks)

• Experience with React (in addition to Angular)
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap frameworks
• Agile/Scrum workflow experience

• Non‑local candidates or those requiring remote/hybrid flexibility.
• Candidates without significant CSS/styling architecture experience (need more than just "using" a library).
• Lack of a portfolio or visual examples of work.

This role sits within the Products group at a Level 9 (Consultant) grade, focusing on the intersection of high‑fidelity UI design and front‑end engineering. The mission is to build and maintain reusable, scalable UI components and design systems that ensure a seamless user experience across a variety of web products.

• Build and maintain reusable, scalable UI components and design systems using Angular (latest versions).
• Implement pixel‑perfect UI from wireframes and Figma design specifications, ensuring fully responsive behavior.
• Develop and maintain styling architecture using CSS/SASS/LESS, focusing on BEM methodologies and maintainable code.
• Integrate front‑end applications with RESTful APIs, handling state management via RxJS or NgRx.
• Collaborate with the business team to translate complex user flows into intuitive interfaces and suggest UX improvements.
• Conduct cross‑browser/cross‑device testing and participate in code reviews to ensure high‑quality standards.

• CSS/SASS: 6+ years of advanced styling, architecture, and responsive design.
• Prototype Development: 6+ years creating high‑fidelity interactive prototypes and mockups.
• Angular:
  Strong hands‑on experience with state management (RxJS/NgRx).

The ideal candidate is a "hybrid" specialist—someone who possesses the visual eye of a UI Designer but the technical rigor of a Front‑End Engineer. They should be local to Nashville, comfortable working onsite daily, and have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to build component libraries from scratch.
