Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain software products aligned with best practices and product offerings.
- Collaborate with team leaders and senior developers to understand and refine requirements.
- Estimate effort for new features or subsystems from concept to detailed technical design.
- Develop defect‑free software that adheres to company coding and documentation standards.
- Adhere to all Health Stream security policies, procedures, and training.
- Mentor junior technical team members and foster learning and growth.
- Participate in group discussions on technical implementation and solution design.
- Trace defects back to source code for swift resolution.
- Determine scope of impact of code changes and participate in deployments.
- Collaborate with QA on use case and test case development to ensure quality and performance.
- Translate technical aspects to non‑technical stakeholders for clear communication.
- Document solutions clearly and concisely to facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a closely related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience as a Developer, Consultant, Software Engineer, or similar role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Dev Ops best practices, including CI/CD and automation.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and monitoring platforms (preferred).
- Working knowledge of the application‑level database interface; experience with MS SQL Server preferred.
Salary range: $70,352‑115,000, determined based on experience and qualifications.
