• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration units, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, split systems, and heat pumps.
• Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain replacement parts, calibrate systems to manufacturer’s recommendations, and explain the issue and necessary corrective actions to customers.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance as needed to ensure ongoing HVAC system functionality.
• Travel to job sites in the service area, coordinating with dispatch to maintain schedules and communicate delays to customers and dispatch.
• Enter call resolutions using company software and applications.
• Be available to work nights and weekends on a rotating basis to service emergency needs.
• Build and maintain cordial, collaborative relationships with superiors and co‑workers.
• Participate in company and/or vendor‐provided training opportunities.
• Comply with all applicable safety procedures, standards, policies, and cleanup of work areas and company vehicles.

• Universal EPA Certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• HVAC Certification from an accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC service experience preferred
