Responsibilities- Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
- Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts.
- Perform your work within our Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
- Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.
- Safety checks on vehicles – the safety of every single employee and the people in our communities is our number one priority.
- Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.
- Assist senior Mechanics in the completion of project work.
- Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- A valid driver's license, with a clean driving record
- Be over 18 years of age.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical

- Hours:
Monday – Friday every week;
Shift is from 1:00pm to 10:00pm;
Some overtime and Saturdays available. - Location:

- Work environment:
This job operates in a repair/maintenance shop at our Nashville site, with potential for work at other locations; environments include indoor garage, shop, gas plant conditions and outside conditions with inclement weather, heat and humidity.
- Starting salary of $30.25 per hour
