Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and functionality of residential and commercial facilities in the Nashville area. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in problem-solving, preventative maintenance, and ensuring facilities operate safely and efficiently.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine inspections, addressing maintenance needs, and responding to service requests while maintaining professional standards and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and basic carpentry work
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and prevent equipment or facility failures
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance problems in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work orders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure minimal disruption to operations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe working condition
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance-related issues efficiently
- Basic knowledge of building systems and general repairs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
