Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As a Plumbing Apprentice, your days are filled with hands-on learning, steady support, and continuous growth. You assist experienced lead technicians on residential plumbing jobs, ensuring tools and materials are prepared, the workspace stays clean and safe, and every project runs smoothly. You help restock trucks and manage equipment, so your team starts each day ready to work. As you gain confidence and experience, you begin learning how to diagnose plumbing issues and make basic repairs-all while delivering top-tier service to our customers.

You'll attend regular trainings and apply what you learn immediately in the field, setting yourself up for long-term success.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces like crawlspaces and attics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some experience with hand tools, power tools, or general construction/labor
• Comfort with physical work and basic mechanical understanding
• Interest in pursuing a plumbing license or trade certification
• Previous customer service or client-facing experience
