Brasfield & Gorrie is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to support active commercial construction projects in Nashville and surrounding areas. If you have experience preparing forms, placing concrete, and finishing surfaces-we're looking for you!

Key Responsibilities

* Set and align concrete forms for walls, beams, floors, and foundations

* Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various hand and power tools

* Finish concrete surfaces (columns, walls, floors, sidewalks, curbs)

* Cut expansion joints and patch concrete as needed

* Follow strict safety protocols in a drug-free environment

* Perform physically demanding tasks, including extended periods of standing, bending, and stooping

Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications

* Minimum of 3 years of industrial or commercial concrete finishing experience preferred

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

* Experience with setting forms and finishing concrete surfaces

* Safety-minded with a strong attention to detail and quality
