This position reports to the Head of Plumbing or their designee and is located outside of Nashville, TN. Collaborates in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems for mobile medical clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot plumbing systems and components in mobile medical clinics, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and healthcare standards.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute plumbing installations efficiently.
  • Work closely with mechanical and electrical teams to integrate plumbing systems seamlessly.
  • Conduct testing and inspections of plumbing systems to ensure proper functioning and safety.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to plumbing systems as required.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local plumbing codes as well as Odulair's quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Follow all safety regulations in all plumbing activities.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Head of Plumbing or their designee.

Education and

Work Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Journeyman Plumber License is preferrred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed plumber, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
  • Proven experience with pipe fitting, water systems, and troubleshooting plumbing systems.

Specialized Knowledge and

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of plumbing theory, code requirements, and installation techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • A can-do, positive approach and a willingness to help others is essential.

Equipment and Applications:

  • Proficiency with standard plumbing tools and testing equipment.
  • Familiarity with National Plumbing Code (NPC) standards.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and record-keeping.

Work Environment Physical Demands:

  • Ability to work in a high‑pressure, time‑sensitive environment while maintaining a methodical approach.
  • May require lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and manual dexterity.
  • Work environment includes exposure to construction zones, machinery, and various materials.
  • Compliance with Odulair's Health and Safety Policy and all relevant safety regulations is mandatory.
