Location:
Nashville, TN • 🏢 Company: MJ Frick Company, Inc. • 🕒 Job Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday
- Lead Installer:
Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls - Lead Installer:
Supervise helper(s) and manage job site logistics - Lead Installer:
Ensure jobs meet code and customer expectations - Helper Installer:
Assist with installations and material handling - Helper Installer:
Learn trade skills on the job - Helper Installer:
Keep job sites clean and organized
- Lead Installers: 3+ years’ experience + EPA cert
- Installer Helpers:
No experience required – we’ll train! - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Drug free - Positive attitude - strong work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy objects, enter crawl spaces, attics etc
