Our skilled W-2 team handles all work in-house, except for licensed trades like electrical and HVAC, ensuring consistent quality, clear communication, and accountability from start to finish. We specialize in residential remodels and handyman services, providing work that adds lasting value to our customers’ homes.

As a Handyman for Bax Homeworks, you will be a key player in our mission to provide comprehensive home maintenance and repair services. You will travel to various residential job sites to perform a variety of tasks, ensuring each project is completed with a high level of quality and professionalism.

• Executing a wide range of repairs, installations, and general maintenance tasks.
• Performing basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs.
• Installing and repairing fixtures, such as lighting, faucets, and doors.
• Painting, patching, and other cosmetic improvements.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues to determine the best course of action.
• Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Managing and prioritizing multiple work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Managing customer invoices to make sure that the company is paid for services provided.
• Receiving incoming calls from customers.

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar skilled trades role.
• A strong working knowledge of various maintenance and repair tasks, including basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and interact professionally with clients.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Schedule:
  
  Full time 7:00 a.m.
  
  - 5:30 p.m., 4-day work weeks.
