Green Group LLC is actively seeking motivated and eager‑to‑learn Plumbing Apprentices to join our fast‑growing team. As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced journeyman plumbers, gaining hands‑on experience in a variety of commercial and residential plumbing projects. • Assist journeyman plumbers with commercial and residential plumbing installations and repairs.
• Help prepare and organize tools, equipment, and materials for job sites.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks under supervision, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Learn to interpret blueprints and job plans for plumbing systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and company vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

• Valid driver's license.
• Previous construction experience preferred (not required).
• Strong desire to learn and develop plumbing skills.
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Comfort with technology such as iPhones, iPads, and email.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and goal‑driven.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with great interpersonal skills.
• Starting pay: $17–$21/hour (with performance bonuses).
• Opportunities for promotion up to $75,000–$100,000/year.
• Bonus program for outstanding work.
• Paid journeyman/journey woman training and licensing.
• Paid time off for major holidays.
• One week paid vacation for the first two years; two weeks after second year.

• Full‑time, Monday to Friday.
• 8‑hour shifts.
• Overtime and weekends as needed.

• In‑person throughout the Middle Tennessee area.
