Position: Security Officer Patrol Post - Days
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site management and/or public emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, common areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas to help to deter policy violations and/or unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and tenant areas by observing activity, verifying credentials when required, and directing visitors to approved check-in procedures.;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate observations and maintenance concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.
