Bass Pro Shops - - Responsibilities:
Assists in driving training and development for Outfitters on shrink, safety, and security functions;
Identifies root causes of shrink through analyzing cycle counts and known loss;
Monitors and investigates over/short shipments to maintain inventory accuracy;
Conducts known loss investigations and supports investigations into criminal activity and safety incidents;
Prepares detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner
