• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner to support the location's needs.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any irregularities, unusual activity, or security-related hazards encountered during patrols.
• Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and location staff to support a secure environment.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site protocols.
• Follow all company and site-specific guidelines, policies, and procedures to support the security-related objectives of the location.

• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As կանգ a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
