As an Unarmed Bank Security Officer, you will be part of a highly trained security team that supports critical facilities and infrastructure, public venues requiring an enhanced presence and personal protective services. You will be trained in safe weapons handling and marksmanship.

• Physical fitness to respond and assist with emergencies.
• At least 21 years old (USA Only). Age exception approved by regional security director if all other qualifications are met.
• Read, write, and converse clearly in English.
• Customer focused with good telephone skills.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Completed state certification and licensing as required.
• Satisfactory completion of initial drug test, criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and annual first aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Minimum one year prior Security Officer experience.

• Safeguard Bank’s personnel, assets, and property.
• Identify employees and authorized personnel entering Bank buildings.
• Screen visitors, maintenance, construction workers, vendors, couriers, and other personnel.
• Ensure property passes and other authorization accompany personnel leaving with equipment or packages.
• Respond to emergency conditions within assigned building or department and take corrective action.
• Enforce all post orders and conform to the general orders.
• Assist customers, employees, visitors, emergency responders and others as required.
• Patrol Bank premises.
• Prepare incident reports detailing all information and actions taken.
