We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. The Security Officer will monitor premises through surveillance systems, conduct regular patrols, and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies.

• Monitor and authorize entrance of individuals onto the premises to ensure security protocols are followed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Utilize CCTV systems effectively to monitor activities and ensure safety compliance.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, utilizing first aid and CPR skills when necessary.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.
• Manage conflicts in a calm and professional manner while ensuring the safety of all parties involved.

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment (CCTV) and conflict management techniques is essential.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during shifts.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse groups of people effectively.
