We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Business Development Representative to support ongoing growth efforts. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping existing customers explore insurance options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communications.
  • Build relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services.
  • Assist customers in identifying options that align with their needs and preferences.
  • Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events.
  • Track activity goals and contribute to office business objectives.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer engagement, marketing, or outreach preferred.
