Responsibilities- Provide solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses.
- Demonstrate the value of our security and smart business solutions, explain products and services in-depth, and recommend the right solutions.
- Build relationships and deliver a great customer experience by communicating effectively and empathetically.
- Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with customers and coworkers.

- Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions (top performers earn $150K+).
- Training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment.

Sales advisors receive uncapped commissions plus a training wage up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks. Commissions are paid on a percentage of products or services sold with potential for a monthly performance bonus. New advisors can expect to earn approximately $85,000; experienced advisors can earn over $150,000.
