Job Summary:
The Territory Manager (TM) will play a key role in the successful launch of Pelthos Therapeutics and its approved product. The TM will be responsible for launching, promoting, and driving demand for Pelthos’ product in targeted specialty physician offices within a defined geographic area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Engage targeted healthcare professionals through consistent in-person and group interactions to deliver clinically relevant and compliant product information.
  • Execute company-approved marketing strategies and develop territory business plans to drive impact and meet sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with physicians, office staff, and key stakeholders involved in patient care.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of disease states, treatment guidelines, market dynamics, and competitors to position products effectively.
  • Leverage strategic insights to refine a comprehensive territory business plan, focusing on opportunities, access challenges, and performance optimization.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and promotional programs aligned with corporate messaging and compliance standards.
  • Serve as a trusted resource to customers by providing tailored solutions and personalized experiences based on their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and field teams to address customer needs, align on strategic goals, and support business objectives.
  • Represent the company professionally, ethically, and with integrity.
  • Maintain full field coverage and travel as needed to engage customers in person five days a week.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Experience in dermatology, pediatrics, or startup environment is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned geography, including overnight stays.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
  • Proven ability to engage healthcare professionals with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in developing innovative sales strategies in a specialized market.
  • Ability to understand and communicate scientific research and clinical data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics to drive sales performance.
