Pro Source Wholesale is looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Inside Sales Support – Operations Coordinator to play a key role in our showroom operations.

• Order Management:
  Place material orders with suppliers and distributors, and track them to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate receiving of inventory and scheduling of deliveries.
• Client Interaction:
  Answer and screen phone calls, greet clients, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Pricing Updates:
  Update showroom pricing, including costs from suppliers, and generate new price tags using our proprietary software.
• Administrative Support:
  Support our sales team of Account Managers by handling daily operations so they can focus on building client relationships and driving business growth.

Education:

High School diploma or GED required.

• Skills:
  
  Excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, and experience with Microsoft Office. A knack for technology and the internet is a big plus.
