Remote | Nashville Focus | East of the Rockies. Silver Air Private Jets is seeking a senior Private Jet Advisor with an established charter book of business to expand our presence in the Nashville market and surrounding regions east of the Rockies.
This role is designed for experienced charter brokers who manage trusted relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients and are ready to scale within a disciplined, safety-first aviation platform. This is not an entry-level or training role.
Who This Role Is For- You are a revenue-producing charter broker with:
- A minimum $3M in active annual charter revenue
- Deep, trusted relationships with HNW and UHNW clients
- Strong regional networks across Nashville, the Southeast, and broader East-of-the-Rockies markets
- Demonstrated experience selling Part 135 charter with confidence and credibility
- A preference for autonomy, transparency, and a platform that protects and enhances client relationships
The ideal candidate has direct or adjacent access to:
- Family offices and private investors
- Wealth management and private banking circles
- Private equity, healthcare, entertainment, and high-end real estate communities
- Luxury automotive, lifestyle, or membership-based networks
Nashville is a strategic growth market for Silver Air due to its concentration of:
- Entrepreneurial and creator-driven wealth
- Healthcare and private equity capital
- Highly mobile, relationship-driven clientele with national travel patterns
Existing regional ties are strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do- Manage and grow your existing jet charter book of business
- Drive repeat charter revenue through long-term client relationships
- Expand wallet share through block-time and membership solutions where appropriate
- Introduce qualified aircraft management opportunities in partnership with leadership
- Own the client relationship from first call through execution
This role is revenue-first and client-centric. Operational, marketing, and leadership support exists to help you close—not to dilute focus.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)- Minimum $3M active charter book of business
- Part 135 charter sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to retain and grow HNW client relationships
- Comfort operating independently in a remote environment. U.S. work authorization
