Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions.
  • Client Consultation:
    Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients  financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Sales Presentation:
    Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
  • Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, provide ongoing support and service, and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position products effectively and provide pertinent information to clients.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining client information confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (training and assistance provided).

Compensation
  • Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $/yr
  • Additional compensation:
    Annual Bonus and Commission
  • Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15th
  • Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client sale
  • Range is based on the average rep in current markets
Work location
  • Full-time position; potential for remote or in-person work as applicable
