What They’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of sales experience in employee benefits, insurance, or adjacent spaces (e.g. PEO, payroll, HR tech) Required!
• A true HUNTER mindset — motivated by growth, energized by outbound prospecting
• Comfortable selling into C-suite and HR leadership
• Driven, coachable, and ready to build something long-term
• Living in Nashville ideally, also open to Memphis, Chattanooga, or Knoxville
