Nashville, TN (remote with ~50% travel). Territory: AR, TN, LA, MS, AL, GA, NC, SC, FL.
Earning Potential: $100,000 - $150,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission).

What You’ll Be Doing- Prospecting and closing new business across a multi‑state SE territory.
- Building relationships with architects, designers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Developing and executing region‑specific sales strategies.
- Leading product demos, presentations, and client trainings.
- Managing your pipeline through a CRM with consistent follow‑ups.
- Representing the brand with energy, professionalism, and product expertise.
- Proven success consistently closing deals and surpassing sales goals.
- Hunter mindset with a passion for growth and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales, ideally within building materials or construction.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Highly independent and organized, capable of managing a large remote territory.
- Willing and able to travel ~50% throughout the region.
- Experience working with architects, designers, and distributors is a major plus.
- Bonus:
Bachelor’s degree and ability to read blueprints.
- CRM‑savvy and data‑driven.
- A strategic thinker with strong business instincts.
- A persuasive presenter and skilled negotiator.
- A self‑starter who thrives with autonomy but plays well with a team.
