Local or Regional Managed Sales Teams wanted. Must have strong market presence in territory covered. Must also have multiple team members already with quantitative sales results. Team leaders would need to provide evidence of the strong team leadership support provided for training, product demonstrations, field time, and other management support.
Roles- Regional Sales Managers Wanted — Manage regional activities to achieve sales targets. Establish, maintain and continuously improve customer and rep satisfaction within the region. Develop business strategies and supportive programs. Ability to profile products to determine success potential. Establish an annual business plan and present resulting actions. Hire, train, evaluate and assist with the activities of Independent Representatives for successful and perpetual sales within a region.
Travel may or may not be necessary depending on the launch plans and product support needs. - National / International Sales Managers Wanted — Same as Regional but on National Level
- National / International Product Launch Managers Wanted — Manages & team of Product Managers through all product life cycles from concept, product launch and mature product management. Directs the spectrum of Product Management methodology and best practice, including product line strategy, defining target market requirements and priorities, pricing and business forecasts, supporting sales, launching new products, competitive analysis, and managing support of products.

Compensation:
Salary, Commission based on results, contract per fee or a creative mix.
