Nighthawk Security is looking for a dedicated full-time Regional Account & Acquisition Manager to join our elite team in your area. This position will be responsible for leading operations, maintaining client relationships, and NEW CLIENT ACQUISITION within the Nashville, Tennessee area.

We are looking to hire someone who can immediately bring our company more business by leveraging their existing connections/network. We are NOT interested in paying someone for months to not gain us business.

We have a dedicated 24/7 Operations Center and Scheduling Department so you will not have to handle every aspect of the business (you will not have to field issues calls from security officers)… we just need driven people who can immediately bring us business.
MajorDuties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Corporate Office to establish regional goals and objectives.
- Work independently to identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region/territory.
- Build and maintain superior customer relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Being a high-level communicator both in-person and over the phone.
- Strong ability to follow processes/attention to detail.
- Must have proven experience in the contract security industry managing multiple client accounts and/or new client acquisitions… not just being a site supervisor at a given site (unless due to your influence you can bring us IMMEDIATE business).
- Ability to work independently and effectively.
- Working knowledge of spreadsheet software and basic computing skills.
- Ability to travel and regularly visit site locations.
- Knowledge of the geographical region is required.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to develop working relationships.
