Job Purpose:

SME in flooring and products. Launch and growth of product line.

• Meet and exceed revenue goals for assigned territory.
• Carry out direct sales activity for priority segments.
• Cultivate cross‑selling activity with existing sales professionals.
• Participate in ride‑a‑longs with other sales professionals to develop business and product knowledge.
• Attend trade associations and networking events to create external brand awareness.
• Ensure customers receive the highest level of service.
• Provide training and perform demonstrations on flooring equipment to employees and customers.
• Perform job walks to ensure the optimum solution and quote is provided to the customer.
• Perform job setups.
• Ensure accurate invoicing.
• Provide recommendations for improvement to manager and company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Progressive sales background and operational management experience in equipment rental or related industry.
• Customer service experience required; sound knowledge of equipment specifications, applications, and set up.
• A valid driver’s license.

• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both strategic and functional level.
• Sales and financial acumen.
• Able to walk into unfamiliar environments and adjust rapidly.
• Ability to drive company vision and purpose.
• Ability to follow up with customers in a timely manner.
• Attention to detail.
• Multi‑tasking and project management skills.
• Computer skills support entering information into systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

$40-50K plus commission and vehicle.
