At Onsite Women’s Health, we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. Onsite Women’s Health is looking for a high energy and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join the sales team and provide pre-sales support. This role will be responsible for engaging and qualifying prospective customers who can benefit from our products and services. Ideal candidates have a strong understanding of the sales process, will excel at researching leads, starting new relationships and setting our Business Development Managers up for success.

This role is one of the first touch points for prospects and has the opportunity to set the tone for the sales cycle following, boosting revenue growth, customer acquisition numbers and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of our services and the customer’s needs
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing leads and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Manage and maintain the beginning stages of the pipeline of interested leads by engaging and marketing
  • Ensure successful follow through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application
  • Utilize Hubspot CRM, cold calling, email and other sales tools to generate new sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and how Onsite can partner and help the prospects needs
  • Meet with each Regional Business Development Manager to gain knowledge on their specific accounts and leads
  • Schedule meetings and calls between prospective clients and the Regional Business Development Managers when the lead reaches a qualified stage
  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with the Regional Business Development Manager
  • Report to manager with weekly, monthly and quarterly results
Education &

Minimum Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Sales experience
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
