Reporting directly to ourVP of Salesthis is your chance to break into B2B sales with a company that values family, integrity, and hard work.
What You’ll Do:- The Hunt: Outbound cold calling, lead generation, and qualifying prospects for our janitorial and maintenance service lines.
- The Road: Get out of the office! You’ll spend up to 50% of your time traveling locally for in-person appointments and networking events.
- The Win: Assist with the sales pipeline from the first "hello" to the final contract close.
- A People Person: You’re persuasive, have a great phone presence, and love meeting new people.
- Grit: Rejection doesn't slow you down; it fuels your next call.
- Driven: You’re organized, tech-savvy (Microsoft/Google), and ready to learn the sales process from A - Z.
