Sales Executive Opportunity – (Nashville, TN Area)
Our partner, a rapidly growing private equity-backed leader in the commercial access solutions space, is looking for a driven Sales Executive to lead new business development for its Tennessee construction division.
This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role designed for a self-starter ready to build a long‑term book of business across a booming market.
- Base +
Uncapped Commission - Year 1 OTE ($175k+)
- Build long‑term relationships instead of chasing one-off wins
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits
- Own and execute full sales cycle across the greater Nashville, TN area
- Sell a diverse portfolio of access control, gate, and parking solutions
- Develop and expand relationships with general contractors, developers, and property managers
- Navigate complex sales cycles and get past gatekeepers to close frequent, mid-sized deals
