Aesthetic Spa Sales Manager – Nashville, TN Work Schedule
- In-person, 4 days per week
- 8–10 hours per day
The Nashville, TN Local Sales Manager will drive sales of treatments, service packages, and skincare products while managing and motivating the in-spa team. You will monitor daily performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to optimize results.
Responsibilities- Previous sales experience (any industry)
- Energetic, results-driven, and self-motivated
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Base pay: P3,000/month guaranteed
- Commission opportunities discussed during interview
- W9/1099 – responsible for own taxes; W2 may be considered based on performance
