We are currently hiring a Branch Sales Professional (BSP) to join our team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will be professional, motivated, dedicated to achieving success for the company and our customers. We seek individuals who are service-oriented, capable of creating tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, and skilled at building lasting customer relationships. This position is on-site and reports to the Nashville, TN branch.
Responsibilities- Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold-calls, and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
- Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations of wood-destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, and make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
- Cover sales leads in assigned branch and/or territory and develop multiple additional service and/or pest control sales leads creatively for each furnished lead.
- Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
- Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping it and other equipment in clean and working order, adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 6+ months of related experience or training in sales and dealing with the public.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards.
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, and other tight spaces.
- Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

- Weekly Pay – get paid every Friday.
- Hourly base pay of $18.00/hr plus commission, with most team members earning between $60,000–$90,000+ with additional compensation opportunities. Earnings beyond base pay vary based on sales.

- Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.
