We are currently seeking an Account Executive to serve the Nashville, TN market. This role is instrumental in identifying and securing new dealer partnerships, growing our dealer portfolio, and promoting Floorplan Xpress products and partner services. You will engage with independent dealers to understand their financing needs and demonstrate how our services can support their business, maintain ongoing communication to ensure dealer satisfaction, and help resolve post-sale issues related to partner services such as ASC Warranty and TDE Logistics.

This is a field-based position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities.

You should be a confident self-starter with at least two years of proven sales experience — preferably in automotive, B2B, or financial services. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a clean driving record and the ability to travel regularly by car. You must also be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and driving for extended periods.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new dealer partnerships in the Nashville, TN market
  • Grow the dealer portfolio and promote Floorplan Xpress products and partner services
  • Engage with independent dealers to understand financing needs and demonstrate value of services
  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure dealer satisfaction
  • Help resolve post-sale issues related to partner services (e.g., ASC Warranty and TDE Logistics)
  • Manage multiple relationships and prioritize results in a field-based role
Qualifications
  • At least two years of proven sales experience (automotive, B2B, or financial services preferred)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clean driving record and ability to travel regularly by car
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and driving for extended periods
