Identifies sales opportunities, completes the sales process, and develops key relationships for the Broker Channel team.
Responsibilities- In partnership with Training, Sales Strategy, and multiple Sales divisions assist with content creation, program requirements, documenting processes, standard and non‑standard agreement terms, sales training updates and policy adjustments as needed.
- Analyze KPIs on all key sales execution initiatives and strategies to measure progress to performance against defined success criteria and diagnose areas of opportunity.
- Coordinate and monitor sales activities to ensure standardization and compliance with Corporate and divisional practices. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales processes & procedures.
- Develop and work with Sales, Marketing, Service/Ops, Finance and Compliance to implement strategies to effectively grow channel sales results.
- Assist in execution of communication strategies to deliver program information, sales results, expectations, promotions/campaigns, and policies and procedures to the Field Sales organization(s) to ensure effective execution of the programs.
- Coordinate a collaborative functional matrix team of internal sales support and internal corporate partners to execute on Divisional key sales initiatives and strategies.
- Consult and assist Senior Leadership on the implementation of measures to drive performance through improved sales processes, reinforcement methods and compensation enhancements.
- Provide guidance and recommendations for strategy planning through assessment of sales methodologies, internal/external data‑driven insights and competitive intelligence and positioning.
- Optimize sales coverage and distribution through sales territory assessment, distribution and growth forecasting.
- Consult and assist with Senior Leadership on recommended policy improvements, procedures and best practices aligned to the Paychex values and future state vision.
- Collaborate with internal partners to build business cases for recommended changes from Senior Leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to explore operational excellence tools to optimize business process performance.
- Bachelor's Degree – Preferred
- Broker Experience.
- HCM Industry knowledge.
- Sales experience of payroll or employee benefits products.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $75,000 – $150,000. This range includes base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
