Job OverviewS.R. Construction Services LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Construction Business Development Manager to drive growth across key markets in the Southeast. This strategic role focuses on building new relationships, identifying project opportunities, and expanding our presence in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, and Minnesota. Candidates must have a strong background in commercial and industrial construction and a successful track record of lead generation, sales strategy, and territory expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the assigned territories.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and association meetings to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with estimating, project management, and marketing teams to develop effective proposals.
- Deliver regular updates and sales metrics to the senior management team.
- Research and report on market trends, competition, and regional economic conditions.
- Lead the development and execution of regional sales strategies and territory plans.
- Travel regularly to meet with prospects and maintain a visible presence in key markets.
- Represent SRCS with professionalism and enthusiasm in all business development activities.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial or industrial construction business development.
- Strong business acumen within the A/E/C industry and understanding of the design-build process.
- Proven sales success in multi-state regional construction markets.
- Knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, strategic thinker with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
Base Salary: $50,000 per year + Industry-Leading Commission Plan.

Full‑Time — Monday to Friday. Travel required across multiple states for client meetings and business development activities.
