• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
• Manage a personal portfolio of smaller projects—guiding clients from first contact to completion.
• Create tailored proposals and estimates that exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with design and operations teams to deliver top-quality service.
• Attend networking events, industry functions, and community activities to expand your professional reach.
• Maintain accurate sales records in our CRM system.
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Landscaping industry knowledge a plus (but not required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite; CRM experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
