We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing remodel department at Southern Exteriors. You will meet homeowners in their homes, assess their needs, measure projects, perform inspections, build material takeoffs, and present customized design solutions and pricing. You will guide homeowners through the selection of products and design options to enhance their home's exterior.

• Schedule and conduct in-home consultations with potential clients.
• Perform thorough home inspections, accurately measure projects, and complete detailed takeoffs.
• Present product options, design ideas, and tailored solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Provide accurate and timely pricing estimates and proposals.
• Maintain effective communication and follow-up with clients throughout the sales process.
• Continually learn about industry products, trends, and best practices.
• Achieve sales goals by demonstrating strong interpersonal and sales skills.

• Proven track record in sales, design consultation, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to accurately measure and calculate job specifications.

• Valid driver's license required.
