Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative, based in Nashville, TN, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain days. The Business Development Representative will focus on identifying new opportunities and generating leads, managing sales processes, and fostering relationships with prospective and existing customers. The role involves consistent outreach to potential clients, presenting the Big Rentals platform, and collaborating closely with the internal sales team to meet ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads for Big Rentals.
- Manage sales processes from initial contact to closing.
- Foster and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct outbound outreach and present the Big Rentals platform to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to achieve growth targets.
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert new business opportunities
- Strong Communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Sales and Business Development to drive growth and build long-term relationships
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a mix of remote and in-office responsibilities in Nashville, TN
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in equipment or rental industry is a plus
